T. Hethe Clark has experience in many aspects of real estate and land use practice, including negotiation and execution of purchase and sale agreements, drafting restrictive covenants and creation of homeowners' associations, and negotiation and creation of easements. Mr. Clark also has significant experience in guiding clients through varied land-use approvals, from small-scale subdivisions to large-scale PUD's and conditional use permits. Mr. Clark brings the perspective of litigation experience in real estate-related matters to the entirety of his practice.
Prior to joining Spink Butler, LLP in 2006, Mr. Clark served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Darla Williamson (Administrative District Judge, Fourth District, State of Idaho) from 2005-2006.
Mr. Clark received his undergraduate degree in Political Science (International Relations) from Duke University. He graduated from Washington University School of Law in 2005, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Washington University Global Studies Law Review (2004-2005).
